Spotlight: Bianca Sky of All Abouther VA Services

We recently wrote about virtual assistants as a resourceful and affordable solution for entrepreneurs with increasingly busy schedules. Today, we’re introducing you to Bianca Sky, owner of AllAbouther VA.

Bianca identifies helping others as one of her true callings. In her own words, “I started this business with the intention to help business owners focus on their business while I take care of the pesky tasks. This way you are able to maximize your time and direct it into what makes your business grow.”

One of our pointers for figuring out how to work with a virtual assistant is to define the areas in which you need help and what ways you want that help to come in. As a serial entrepreneur and virtual assistant, Bianca understands this firsthand. “AllAboutHER, started out being a women's subscription box service for women and girls who didn't want to dread their "Red Week". Later on down the line I realized that wasn't my calling.” Bianca explains, “At this time, I had already been working in New York, for a small IT Consulting company for 2 years as an Executive Assistant. While there, I finalized my calling by helping them in ways they either couldn't or just didn't have the time or resources to.”

Since then, Bianca has grown her business and is not only helping other entrepreneurs who needs assistance, but she is also aiding those looking to become a virtual assistant. She understands that education and conversation are the best way to help prepare others.

Speaking of conversation, Bianca is hosting a networking event called “Namaste & Network” geared towards encouraging connections and fellowship among like-minded entrepreneurs.
